Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & payment
A booking is considered binding upon receipt of email confirmation. A deposit of 30% of the total price is due within 7 days of booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before arrival or upon arrival in cash.
2. Cancellation policy
Free cancellation is available up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellation 14–30 days before arrival incurs a 50% deposit charge. Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival forfeits the full deposit. No-show without prior cancellation results in a charge for the full stay.
3. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is available from 15:00, check-out until 10:00. Late check-out may be arranged by prior agreement for an additional fee.
4. House rules
- Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 7:00.
- Smoking is permitted on the terrace/balcony only.
- Pets are allowed by prior arrangement.
- Guests are responsible for maintaining the apartment's cleanliness and reporting any damages.
5. Liability
The landlord is not liable for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings. Guests are liable for any damage caused to the landlord's property during their stay.
6. Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be settled by the competent court in Šibenik.
